At Generals Creative, all of our shirts are printed on demand, meaning production time may vary. Some items are also pre-orders, so please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Processing & Production Time
- Printed-on-demand shirts: Typically take 7-14 business days to be produced before shipping.
- Pre-order items: Production and shipping timelines are listed on the product page. Customers are responsible for reading these details before purchasing.
Shipping Time & Methods
- After production, standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 5-10 business days depending on location.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 7 business days after production, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Generals Creative is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Address Issues & Returns to Sender
- Customers must enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require the customer to cover additional shipping costs for reshipment.
